Free* Standard Shipping: Only applies if you reside in Australia.

Standard Shipping: $10.99 or Free if you spend over $200 in one order.

Express Shipping: $13.99.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.

Collagen and other ingestible supplements cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We’ll review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at no extra cost. Please include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve your request quickly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
